Express shipping to United Kingdom (UK)

Thank you for reading my questions. I have the need to ship a package from Mexico City to my sister who lives in Manchester, England. Since she needs the contents of this package most urgently, I have posted here to inquire about express shipping to United Kingdom (UK). The contents of this package are not perishable, so there is no need for any temperature controlled requirements. The package is also a bit small, at only about 6 inches x 4 inches. It also only weighs about 2 pounds, so it is rather light. And even though the contents are not fragile, I would still like information on how to best package the contents so they will arrive undamaged. I do need to ship this package right away, so your quick reply to my questions will be greatly appreciate. Oh, and I nearly forgot.
