International Express shipping to France

Can anyone provide me with information concerning international express shipping to France? I will send a package to Lyon, France, that should be delivered by then end of next week. The contents of the package include homemade candy, so it is perishable. How is it best to pack this candy so it will arrive fairly fresh? What I mean by that is what will keep the candy from melting while it is in transit? Do you have a certain kind of cold pack I can add to the package?
