International Express shipping to Korea (South)

I need to ship a return product to the manufacturer and I need to arrange international express shipping to Korea (South) as soon as possible. I am returning my Smart phone for repairs, so I will also need information on the best method to pack to protect against damage during transit. How soon can you deliver this package to South Korea if I can ship it with you no later than tomorrow? Even though I am sending my phone in for repairs, what happens if it is damaged during shipping?
